Preferred Qualifications Experience in martial arts, self-defense instruction, or related fields (strongly preferred). Arabic and/or Spanish speaking (preferred). Experience working with Muslim-majority, SWANA (South West Asian and North African), immigrant, and/or Black and Brown communities. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and timelines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multi-task, manage multiple priorities, and work both independently and collaboratively. Comfort with public speaking and community engagement.
