Job Description Our organization is actively looking for a Fellowship-trained, Board Certified or Board Eligible Breast Imager to become part of our team at a facility in Huntington! The Radiology Division at our Huntington location is in search of a full-time, part-time, or per diem Breast Imager. By joining this multi-specialty group, which operates from a cutting-edge 80,000 square foot ambulatory center, the physician will have the opportunity to thrive in a rapidly expanding practice that caters to a broad and diverse patient base in Huntington and surrounding areas. Long Island boasts beautiful neighborhoods with top-notch school districts, stunning beaches, art museums, a variety of restaurants, and concert venues. Moreover, Manhattan is just a short drive or train ride away. Our organization provides comprehensive healthcare through multiple sites and includes a team of 77 physicians across nearly every medical and surgical specialty. The facility features a fully equipped imaging center, an accredited office endoscopy center, an on-site laboratory, and a dedicated support team, including RNs and MAs. Our Department of Radiology is deeply committed to holistic patient care, emphasizing a patient-centered approach. The division aligns with the mission of the Icahn School of Medicine by integrating patient care, research, and education. Key Responsibilities • Proficient in all facets of Breast Imaging and interventional techniques, • Serve a varied patient demographic while residing in a desirable area with excellent educational institutions and cultural offerings, • Utilize the EMR system: EPIC, • Receive a competitive salary and benefits package, including bonuses, paid time off, medical, dental, vision coverage, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, malpractice insurance (FOJP Occurrence), and CME stipends, • Work alongside a supportive team including Midwives, NPs, LPNs, and MAsQualifications, • Medical Degree from an accredited institution, • Valid New York Medical License, • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiology, • Fellowship training in Breast Imaging or equivalent experience, • Dedication to our organization and the communities we serve, • Strong communication skills, excellent bedside manner, and organizational abilities, • A robust work ethic and a desire to engage in a team-oriented, performance-driven healthcare system Compensation ranges from $250,000 to $550,000 (excluding bonuses/incentives or benefits). Salary Disclosure Information: Our organization provides a salary range in compliance with New York City’s Salary Transparency law. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, including experience, specialties, historical productivity, collections, and community needs. Therefore, actual salaries may be closer to either end of the range and, in some cases, may fall outside the listed range. The stated salary range applies to full-time positions and does not include bonuses or benefits.
