The Account Executive reports to the Head of Field Sales and is responsible for instore sales and training within designated territory and can effectively execute instore events. Responsibilities: * Work collaboratively with Head of Field Sales and Education Manager to execute and exceed annual sales goals * Prepare and execute a comprehensive quarterly sell thru strategy by retailer * Responsible for crafting quarterly call cycle calendar keeping in mind key selling days, liabilities, and retailer promotions * Educate store teams on how to sell prestige/luxury skincare while ensuring the SK-II brand messaging is clear and consistent * Host weekly store generated events according to corporate guidelines * Side-by-side personal selling with instore teams to achieve weekly store sales goals * Capable of training retailer sales teams on SK-II products and selling techniques, resulting in achieving sales goals * Ensure instore visuals and merchandising standards are met and timely * Manage allocated T&E budget * Work directly with stores and Head of Field Sales to monitor stock levels * Submit weekly recap reports for assigned territory on time * Partner with Head of Field Sales and Education Manager to build positive relationships instore with key stake holders in every retailer * Must be willing to work Tuesday – Saturday; with a min of 6-8 hrs in store depending on needs of the business * Work alongside with Head of Field Sales to meet in store visit cadence objectives for each retail partner. Summary: The ASPCA Animal Hospital (AAH) is designed to provide life-saving care and relieve suffering for animal victims of cruelty and neglect who come to us through internal partners (our own ASPCA adoption center, kitten nursery, and community advocate team) and external partners (NYPD and other NYC organizations). Additionally, we provide subsidized care exclusively for animals whose owners are experiencing financial challenges and could not otherwise afford medical care for their pet. The ASPCA Animal Hospital (AAH) Licensed Veterinary Technicians are passionate, level-headed nurses committed to animals living good lives, and who excel in a fast-paced environment. Our nursing staff collaborates effectively with the entire veterinary medical team to provide high quality, practical veterinary care and deliver skilled, efficient, and compassionate treatment to outpatients and hospitalized patients within hospital medical parameters. In addition, AAH nurses provide support and coverage for the Animal Recovery Center (ARC) as needed. Salary and Benefits: Salary for newly appointed law enforcement Border Patrol Agents varies from: Base Salary: GL-9/GS-11, $63,148 - $120,145 per year Locality Pay: Varies by duty location. Overtime Pay: Up to 25% Duty location impacts pay rates; locality pay for federal law enforcement is higher in some locations than others. A fully trained BPA may be eligible for up to an additional 25% of base pay per the BPA Pay Reform Act of 2014.
