Assistant Accounting Manager - Inventory Control and General Accounting We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Assistant Accounting Manager - Inventory Control & General Accounting to oversee inventory reconciliation, account reconciliations, month-end close activities, and financial reporting. This role partners closely with Operations, Warehouse, Purchasing, Customer Service, and Finance teams to ensure inventory accuracy, maintain strong internal controls, and support timely and accurate financial reporting. Process Improvement & Leadership Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate accounting and inventory processes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in inventory accounting, cost accounting, manufacturing, distribution, or warehousing environments. Strong understanding of inventory accounting principles, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes. Experience with ERP and inventory management systems. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. The Manager Patient Food Services reports to the Assistant Director of Food and Nutrition. Job Description BASIC FUNCTION The AT & Financial Center Manager (FCM) is generally more experienced and is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the branch, the internal sales process and customer experience.
