Senior Director, Institutional Giving The Senior Director, Institutional Giving will play a leadership role in defining and driving SEO's institutional fundraising strategy with overall responsibility for reaching and exceeding the organization's institutional revenue goals. Reporting to and working with the Chief Advancement Officer, this role will oversee the Institutional Giving department, working to exceed and meet annual revenue targets through deepening existing partnerships, and cultivating high-impact new relationships with corporate and private foundations through frontline fundraising. The Senior Director, Institutional Giving will partner with the Chief Advancement Officer to develop the national institutional fundraising strategy to reach national funders to support SEO's fundraising goals to raise an additional $10M over the next 3-5 years. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Mission Critical Project Manager is a leader in a dynamic and entrepreneurial position that that directs and assesses the daily operations of an engineering team through facilitated collaboration among engineers, clients and other roles. The Project Manager will review proposals, supervise the budgeting and cost analysis for projects and identify improvements and efficiencies, internally and externally, across the firm to produce higher quality products or services. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage Projects • Serve as a project manager on select projects in the Mission Critical Sector. Project types include newbuilds, renovations, fit-outs and infrastructure upgrades., • Client facing role, RFP site visits and proposal writing is expected. PM duties include planning, execution and day-to-day management of internal teams and clients., • Provide all management functions including scope responsibilities, client management, scheduling, and financials., • Vet company processes and provide input., • Assist project managers across all locations of the enterprise., • Develop a core group of assistant project managers eventually capable of performing independently on similar project types., • Be a technical resource for the staff., • Manage/schedule quality control reviews to reinforce technical lessons and company processes., • Complete internal peer reviews and provide input in multi-discipline page turns, across all offices, to assist in the development of a comprehensive design., • Manage/schedule page turns prior to all major project deliverables., • Review workforce projections and determine how they relate to staffing., • Identify times and strategies to manipulate design schedules to work with staffing., • Drive ownership, accountability and culture through the company., • Interact with partners and executives on a regular basis to further the growth and quality agenda of the firm., • Marketing / Business Development Support, • Identify potential business opportunities., • Work with the leadership team to develop fees on complex projects., • Develop and maintain client relationships., • Grow the volume and footprint of the office market sectors. Job Summary: The Senior Program Director (SPD) for Woodstock OAC supervises the Program Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, maintenance staff, volunteers, and interns, and works with the Food Service Manager for optimal function regarding the kitchen staff and meal programs. The SPD also administers daily operations, which include program and food service provision. The SPD is also responsible for ensuring that program deliverables and outcomes are successfully achieved and must also be able to identify specific community needs, while overseeing compliance with agency policies and government regulations. The SPD must provide oversight to staff to ensure that applicable data collection and reporting procedures related to deliverables/outcomes required by NYC Aging and other funders are managed successfully.
