Job Description Summary: This position provides support for start-up, development and on-going management of Elmcor’s Supportive/Affordable Housing department providing opportunities for low-income individuals and those with special needs, to improve their health, quality of life and maintain living in the community for as long as possible. Responsible for property management and housing development project management, reporting to funding sources, interfacing with consultants and tenants.
