The SRM works closely with store managers and staff to build strong relationships, gain additional product placements, ensure pricing accuracy, and execute promotional campaigns. Responsibilities include stocking shelves from backroom inventory, rotating products, placing Point-of-Sale (POS) materials, and following planogram standards.
