Have Fun. Create Reasons to Celebrate. We take our jobs seriously—but we don’t believe work has to feel serious every minute of the day. We intentionally create an energetic, positive environment where accomplishments are recognized and success is celebrated. That might mean Fun Day Friday, a team lunch, a Starbucks or Untamed Nutrition run, celebrating a milestone, creating something ridiculous for social media, or recognizing someone who crushed a goal. And then there are the office cats. They’re part of the culture too. We work hard to create opportunities worth celebrating—and when we create them, we celebrate. Our Hiring Philosophy We’re not searching for the perfect résumé. We’re searching for the right person. Someone with energy. Someone with integrity. Someone with initiative. Someone who naturally builds relationships. Someone who wants their effort to directly influence their success. We can teach insurance. We can coach sales. But the drive to get up every day, meet people, create opportunities, and make things happen has to come from you. If that’s how you’re wired, we’d like to meet you.
