Responsibilities Provide warm, attentive service to bar and dining room guests Prepare classic and signature cocktails with consistency Execute Italian staples such as Negronis, Spritz variations, and digestivi service Guide guests through wine, amaro, and cocktail selections Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar Follow all alcohol service laws and company standards Accurately process payments and maintain POS integrity Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service Qualifications 2+ years bartending experience (craft or high-volume preferred) Knowledge of classic cocktails and Italian spirits (amaro, vermouth, grappa) Basic wine knowledge required Strong multitasking skills and ability to stay composed under pressure Professional appearance and positive attitude TABC certification required Requirements Evening and weekend availability Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift 40+ lbs Compensation & Benefits Hourly wage + tips Employee dining discounts Growth opportunities within the restaurant
