Position Summary As the Lead Bartender at Bar Avant, located in Olly Olly Market, you are responsible for leading all aspects of the bar program, ensuring consistency, quality, and creativity in execution. Job Description The Barback maintains all bar environment and equipment. The Barback is responsible for ensuring the bar area is clean, tidy, and fully stocked. The Barback focuses on assisting Bartenders to ensure they have everything they need to serve customers efficiently. This position has an hourly rate of $17.00 + Tips. REQUIREMENTS: * One to two (1-2) years of bar experience or equivalent. * Minimum age to serve alcohol. * Knowledge of menu items, including beers, wines, cocktails, and liquors. * Ability to work outdoors in warm weather conditions. * Team-oriented with a proactive attitude toward supporting service operations. * Attention to cleanliness, organization, and guest safety. * Strong problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, ability to handle tense situations with coworkers and customers calmly and rationally. * Ability to meet physical and scheduling demands of the position, including, walking, standing, or lifting heavy items for extended periods and working nights, weekends, and holidays.
