Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven UCaaS Business Development Representative (BDR) to help grow our unified communications and cloud collaboration business. The BDR will identify and qualify new sales opportunities, engage prospective customers, and support the sales pipeline for our UCaaS solutions. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, outbound prospecting experience, and interest in cloud communications, AI, VoIP, contact center, and collaboration technologies. Key Responsibilities • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, social selling, and networking, • Identify and qualify potential customers for UCaaS and cloud communication solutions, • Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives and Sales Engineers, • Research target accounts and decision-makers across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise organizations, • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data within Hubspot, • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on campaigns and lead follow-up, • Develop understanding of UCaaS offerings including:, • VoIP phone systems, • Unified Communcations (Chat, Video Conferencing, etc), • Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS), • SIP trunking, • Collaboration and messaging platforms, • Meet or exceed monthly KPIs related to calls, meetings, qualified opportunities, and pipeline generation, • Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and emerging communication technologiesQualifications Required • 13 years of BDR/SDR, inside sales, or technology sales experience, • Strong verbal and written communication skills, • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot, • Ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns and priorities, • Self-motivated with strong organizational skillsPreferred, • Experience selling or supporting:, • UCaaS, • AI, • VoIP, • Telecom, • SaaS, • Cloud solutions, • Familiarity with providers such as:, • RingCentral, • Zoom, • 8x8, • Microsoft Teams, • Cisco Webex, • Experience with sales engagement tools and prospecting platformsKey Skills, • Prospecting & lead generation, • Cold outreach, • Discovery & qualification, • Relationship building, • CRM management, • Pipeline development, • Consultative communication, • Tech-savvy mindsetCompensation & Benefits, • base salary + commission, • Career advancement into Account Executive or Channel Sales roles, • On-Site position in Piscataway NJ, • Insurance benefits are medical, dental, vision, LTD, STD, etc.Key Performance Expectations, • 50100 outbound activities per day, • 812 qualified meetings per month, • Pipeline contribution targets, • Conversion rates from lead to opportunity
