Job Description JOB SUMMARY: Under the general supervision of the Program Director/designee, functions as part of a team assigned to support consumers living in independent apartments in the community. Provides supportive counseling in 1 :1 or group formats that assist the consumer to modify attitudes and behaviors as needed., 5.
