Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as knowledge of warehouse operations. Must verify documentation for all items refused, broken, picked up or returned during daily deliveries. Overview The Inventory and Demand Planner is responsible for maintaining demand forecasts and ensuring proper inventory levels for assigned supplier portfolios.Responsibilities • Maintain demand forecasts, item attributes, and ship point attributes in Blue Ridge supply chain planning platform and ERP., • Collaborate frequently with Marketing team and suppliers to remain aware of pricing of pricing patterns and promotions, including monthly meetings to review forecast accuracy and opportunities for improvement., • Develop strong relationships with supplier customer service contacts and local market managers., • Review buying multiples, ship point brackets, order cycles, and lead times on a regular basis., • Ensure vendor information is up to date in ERP., • Issue and track purchase orders.
