Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field (Master’s preferred)., • Minimum 5 years of experience in food and beverage R&D, with a proven track record of leading projects from concept to commercialization., • Hands-on experience with botanical ingredients, especially tea, herbal extracts, or nutraceuticals., • Strong understanding of functional formulation—how to balance nutrition, taste, stability, and sensory performance., • Demonstrated ability to work directly with customers, presenting technical solutions and managing collaborative development projects., • Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills., • Working knowledge of SAP or similar systems for formulation and material management is a plus., • Must be organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment., • Willingness and ability to travel for customer meetings, trials, and inter-site collaboration.
