Job Description The Academy of Rome is seeking a COO to join their team. This new hire serves as the principal executive responsible for day-to-day financial management and operations of the institution, ensuring efficient, compliant, and mission-aligned execution of all support functions. The COO is a trusted strategic leader reporting directly to the President & CEO and partners with the Executive Leadership Team. The COO manages strategic execution across financial, operational, and administrative domains and oversees eight direct reports spanning seven departments. Our client is a residential institute for advanced work in the arts and humanities. Beyond its core academic mission, the Academy also operates as a hotel accommodating approximately 100 people each night, a restaurant serving about 80 people twice daily during the week, a historic property on 11 acres subject to oversight by two landmarks commissions, and one of Rome’s premier venues for events and rentals. The COO will ensure that this multifaceted institution functions as an efficient and strategically managed organization. Success in the role will be defined by improved organizational performance, operational strength and effectiveness, and effective strategic execution. Job Description The Unaccompanied Children Program provides long term and transitional residential care and other supportive services to Unaccompanied Children (UC) who are under legal custody of the Federal Government. Working in collaboration with the federal Office of Refugee Resettlement, ORR, our program provides a safe and nurturing environment for youth in a Basic Shelter program located at our licensed residential facilities as well as a Transitional Foster Care program in foster homes in the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens and Westchester. In all programs, we provide therapeutic, medical and educational services, as well as other supports that youth need to achieve success through an array of strength-based and targeted interventions as we link them with family members and/or other sponsors in the United States. About the Role The Case Manager Supervisor oversees the case managers to ensure the timely and safe reunification of the unaccompanied children in the program. Job Description Job Title: Case Coordinator, Bronx SRP Job Summary: CASES (Center for Alternative Sentencing and Employment Services) is currently seeking a Case Coordinator for our Bronx Pretrial Services team. Rapidly after release into the Supervised Release Program (SRP), the Case Coordinator conducts Supervision Introduction/Orientation meetings with new participants to review supervision conditions required under the supervision plan. In this role, you will help participants comply with their supervision appointments and court appearances during their legal case's pendency. You will also conduct ongoing service need assessments with participants and develop collaborative service plans addressing identified needs and goals. You will ensure participants receive services that are strengths-based, gender-specific, and culturally sensitive while adhering to the core principles of risk, need and responsivity to reduce recidivism, increase engagement in community treatment services and support participants to achieve their self-identified goals for treatment, recovery, rehabilitation, and crime-free community integration. CASES’ Supervised Release Program (SRP) annually diverts 5,500 people otherwise facing pretrial detention at Rikers Island to community-based supervision and support services. Program participants include youth and young adults, people with substance use disorders and mental illnesses, and individuals who are homeless. SRP participants have not been found guilty of a crime and are not mandated to engage in treatment or other services. Job Description The Unaccompanied Children Program provides long term and transitional residential care and other supportive services to Unaccompanied Children (UC) who are under legal custody of the Federal Government. Working in collaboration with the federal Office of Refugee Resettlement, ORR, our program provides a safe and nurturing environment for youth in a Basic Shelter program located at our licensed residential facilities as well as a Transitional Foster Care program in foster homes in the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens and Westchester. Relentless in our work, we enhance lives through action, education, and accelerating change.WHAT WE BELIEVE INNKF’s Mission is what we do, our Values are how we do it: • Accountability- Earn and Keep Trust, • Collaboration-Work as a team, • Communication- Empower with information, • Community-Build stronger community, • Compassion- Lead with care and respect, • Lead the full production lifecycle of video projects, including concepting, scripting, storyboarding, shooting, editing, motion graphics/animation, delivery, and archiving, • Work closely with the Creative Director to ensure all videos are on-brand and consistent, • Produce platform-specific deliverables, including short-form social videos, vertical formats, and broadcast content, • Create polished motion graphics and animation for intros, lower-thirds, data visualizations, and promotional pieces, • Manage technical aspects of audio recording, multitrack editing, mixing, and integration of music, voiceovers, and sound effects, • Produce livestreams and remote interview sessions using StreamYard and similar cloud-based tools, streaming to platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn, • Coach and guide non-technical interview subjects through remote recording set-up, including lighting, framing, audio, and software checks, • Maintain and organize NKF’s video asset library, repurpose footage, and ensure proper metadata and formatting, • Collaborate with internal departments to align video content with organizational goals and messaging, • Create proposed storyboards before production begins, • Document and improve workflows over time, • Support national launches of campaigns for various departments, including marketing, donor development, cause marketing, public policy, and scientific activities, • Operate professional cameras (e.g., Sony PMW-F3 or similar), prosumer camcorders, HD/SD formats, lighting/grip, and studio/field production equipment, • Use audio tools such as small-format mixers, EQ/compression, effects processors, and field/studio audio techniques, • Maintain and grow NKF’s video asset library, repurposing footage and producing new creative as needed, • Create content that is culturally sensitive and reflective of the diverse communities NKF serves, • Minimum 7–10 years of experience as a video editor and videographer in a similar role, • Strong proficiency in motion graphics and animation, especially using Adobe After Effects, • Experience with remote recording and livestream platforms, specifically StreamYard, • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), • Demonstrated expertise in editing, sound mixing, and integrating music/SFX, • Creative thinker with strong storytelling ability, • Excellent time management; ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines, • Ability to understand project goals and translate them into compelling visual content, • Experience creating concept boards, storyboards, and pre-visualization documents, • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and organizational skills, • Excellent interpersonal communication skills; patience and ability to coach non-technical individuals during remote recordings, • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and remain professional under pressure, • Ability to retain and protect confidential material, • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plusOUR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, • Final Cut Pro X experience, • Bilingual (English/Spanish)COMPETENCIES, • Accountability: Takes ownership of actions, decisions and results, ensuring high standards of performance and transparency., • Collaboration: Collaborates effectively with peers and stakeholders, contributing to shared team goals.
