The Local Driver is responsible for the safe operation of company trucks for timely delivery of products to customer and company locations. Responsibilities • Proactively monitoring Medicaid regulations for any new and/or amended requirements and submitting them for review for the Regulatory Change Management team., • Developing a repository for all Medicaid regulations, guidance, and interpretation, • Performing gap analysis of new states where the business is beginning to establish Medicaid contracts and working with business units to address gaps., • Communicating with and building rapport with state Medicaid departments., • Partnering with the Growth Strategy and Commercial Strategy teams to build rapport with contracted Medicaid Health Plans and participating in Provider Forums and onboarding discussions., • Participating in state Medicaid audits, inspections, and surveys; providing audit readiness assessments and guidance to impacted business units, • Instituting internal audit or monitoring activities for Medicaid related deficiencies, • Managing development of corrective action plans in response to deficiency notices received from state Medicaid plans, • Initiating and managing corrective action plans resulting from internal audits/monitoring activities., • Other duties as assignedRequirements, • Bachelor's degree required, • 0-3 years of relevant work experience. In addition to base compensation, this role offers a target performance-based bonus. The target total cash compensation range, including potential bonus, will be between $79,000 and $97,000 per year. Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
