Responsibilities: • Leading the monthly close process, including accruals and journal entries., • Assisting in the preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements., • Managing daily cash control and processing domestic and international wire transfers., • Maintaining fixed asset records and overseeing depreciation schedules using Sage FAS 100., • Performing detailed account reconciliations (Cash, A/R, A/P, Accrued Expenses, Insurance, etc.)., • Supporting external audits through preparation of year-end schedules and documentation., • Analyzing general ledger accounts to ensure proper classification and accuracy., • Administering commission, rebate, and royalty calculations and disbursements., • Providing support for direct and indirect tax compliance and reporting., • Assisting with corporate travel and expense programs (Concur) and managing corporate card processes., • Preparing monthly bank reconciliations for all organizational entities., • Responding to governmental surveys and managing business license renewals., • Coordinating property tax reporting and 1099 filings., • Serving as a backup for Accounts Payable functions., • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required., • Strong experience with ERP systems; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics and Sage is highly preferred., • Proven ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and resolve complex accounting issues., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey financial insights to stakeholders., • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines., • High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of financial reporting and analysis., • Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
