Job Description Monitor designated streets, lots, garages, other public areas, and/or an entire campus to ensure compliance with parking policies. Responsibilities: • Provide customer service by answering questions regarding directions, events, building locations and parking policies. How to make a parking fee payment using the onsite Pay-stations, TEXT2PARK and QR Code platforms. Learn all the onsite tenant validation programs., • Issue citations and warnings for non-compliance with a computerized handheld computer or manual tickets. Impound, boot, or relocating vehicles as directed., • Assist customers at every exit lane and properly manage egress., • Replace parking equipment’s arm gates when needed., • This position requires the ability to work alone and therefore must exercise proper judgment, tact, and diplomacy in dealing with people., • Assist maintenance staff with duties related to parking program and facility upkeep and maintenance. WRT operates two buildings on its campus, is active 7 days-a-week, and provides a wide variety of activities through regular worship services, special celebrations and events, life-cycle events, after-school classes, pre-school classes and adult education opportunities. This full-time position reports to the Facilities Manager, but must also work with and take direction from senior staff. VEG is a 2025 certified Great Place to Work®. THE JOB As a Paralegal at VEG, you'll support a wide range of legal and regulatory functions that drive our growth. You'll work across departments on contract management, corporate governance, compliance, and legal operations—helping build scalable processes as we expand across North America. You'll also collaborate closely with senior leadership, including the Deputy General Counsel, as part of our small but mighty Legal team. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Draft, review and maintain contracts, including non-disclosure agreements, letter agreements and LOIs, leases under attorney supervision, • Create and maintain organized legal documentation, trackers and databases, • Compose and coordinate legal correspondence, • Support continuous improvement to workflows to streamline legal requests and improve efficiency, • Provides legal and admin support for real estate attorney, • Schedule and coordinate logistics for meetings, travel, and depositions/hearings, • Performs routine upkeep of vital legal department policies, contracts and related correspondence, • Coordinate, review and maintain outside counsel legal billings and provides variance reports to attorneys, as requested, • Supports the management and maintenance of the legal library of standard contract templates and contract negotiation processes., • Supervise the status of requests in the legal department queue and track SLAs, • Provide legal support on other matters, as needed WHAT YOU NEED • At least 5+ years of paralegal or legal administrator experience gained at a top law firm and/or in-house setting, • Prefer candidates with experience providing executive administrative support in a legal department and who think preventatively and proactively when counseling clients, • You are proficient with GoogleSuite, Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), DocuSign, and Adobe Acrobat, • Ability to perform well under the pressure of multiple deadlines, • Sound judgment with ability to balance legal risk and business impact, • Ability to work well with a small, tightly-knit team, and the range to deal effectively with everyone from senior management and hospital frontliners, • Ability and desire to seek responsibility and work autonomously. Job Description Come join us at St. Cabrini Nursing Home! We are a 304-bed, Faith-Based, Nonprofit, Short-Term Rehabilitation and Skilled Geriatric Care facility founded in 1974 in continuation of St. Frances Xavier Cabrini’s legacy of serving those in need through works of healing, teaching, caring and giving. We are looking to fill the position of Director of Maintenance. • High School Diploma or equivalent., • Must have a minimum of three (3) years experience in a supervisory capacity, in a maintenance/plant related position., • Must be knowledgeable in boilers, compressors, generators, etc., as well as various mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems., • Ability to read and interpret blueprints., • Knowledgeable in building codes and safety regulations., • Assist in the planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating and directing of the maintenance department., • Inspect the facility, grounds, and equipment regularly., • Inspect, maintain and test fire alarms and emergency., • Establish an effective preventative maintenance program of cleaning, painting, maintaining facility equipment., • Maintain the heating and cooling units/system in proper working conditions., • Develop and participate in programs designed for in-service education, on-the-job training and orientation classes., • Assist in determining staffing, performance evaluations, pay, transfers, terminations., • Assist in the development of the department budget.
