Job Description Summary: Reporting to the Vice President of Operations and serving as a member of the Senior Management Team, this position's primary responsibility is ensuring organizational effectiveness by providing leadership for Parabit's project management functions. The Project Manager will help create organizational strategies, policies, and practices in collaboration with the President and Senior Management. This position will manage a variety of accounts and projects, and will also assess new build plans, assess various procedures in the production process (review manufacturing systems to reduce cost, improve quality and develop best practices), and maintain an open line of communication with multiple department, vendors and clients. This position will also implement ISO 9000 practices and guidelines with certification as a future objective.
