The Clinical Laboratory Assistant reports to the Clinical Lab Supervisor. • Provide accesioning services to clinical laboratory patients according to CCRM protocols (i.e., patient identification, patient preparation, and specimen collection/labeling)., • Confirm all information with patient and request/facilitate any necessary changes., • Prepare sample(s) for testing, ensure proper transportation/storage conditions, complete requisition forms, and maintain electronic record of all processes., • Maintain sanitary work environment and follow bloodborne pathogen handling and disposal procedures per OSHA guidelines., • Follow established procedure for returned shipping kits., • High School Diploma or equivalent required., • Some laboratory experience in Biology or Health Related fields CCRM’s Compensation: The salary range represents the national average compensation for this position. The base salary offered will vary based on location, experience, skills, and knowledge. The pay range does not reflect the total compensation package.
