Job Description POSITION SUMMARY The Healthcare Marketer / Outreach Coordinator is responsible for expanding the agency's presence in the community and increasing referrals for the NHTD/TBI Medicaid Waiver programs. This position focuses on building strong relationships with referral sources, promoting program services, and supporting the agency's visibility as a high‑quality provider for individuals with traumatic brain injuries and neurological disabilities. RESPONSIBILITIES: · Develop and execute outreach strategies to generate TBI referrals · Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, case managers, social workers, and community organizations · Promote NHTD/TBI services across professional and community networks · Represents the organization at healthcare and community events · Track leads, referrals, and outreach performance · Support the growth of referral pipelines in NYC and surrounding areas REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES Experience in healthcare marketing, outreach, or referral development Knowledge of NHTD, TBI, Medicaid waiver programs, or NYS healthcare system preferred Existing relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, case managers, or social service agencies are a strong plus Strong communication and networking skills Self-motivated and results-driven Ability to work independently PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: · Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. · Must be able to carry, lift, push or pull at least 20lbs EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: · At least one year's Home Care experience preferred · Some college or bachelor's degree preferred · A minimum of two years' experience in patient intake or medical office administration preferred We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
