This role ensures damaged fleet and customer vehicles are restored to safe, functional, and aesthetic condition in accordance with OEM standards, insurance requirements, and company quality expectations. Key ResponsibilitiesBody & Structural Repairs * Diagnose and repair structural damage on truck cabs, frames, bumpers, hoods, and panels. * Perform metal fabrication, cutting, welding, grinding, and straightening. * Repair or replace fiberglass, plastic, and aluminum components. * Conduct frame and alignment corrections using appropriate equipment. Surface Preparation & Painting * Prepare truck bodies and parts for priming and painting (sanding, masking, filling, blending). * Apply primer, basecoat, clearcoat, and specialty coatings per OEM specifications. * Operate spray guns and paint-booth equipment safely and effectively. * Ensure proper curing, paint matching, and final finish quality. Mechanical/Component Work * Remove and reinstall mechanical components, electrical parts, lighting systems, mirrors, and trim as needed for body repairs. * Inspect and test repaired vehicles to verify safety and functionality. (PT and FT), • Malpractice Insurance Provided, • PTO & Holiday (Full-Time) Key Responsibilities: • Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions for patients in a subacute or skilled nursing facility., • Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of emotional and behavioral health conditions, including depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, and cognitive decline., • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the needs of each patient., • Collaborate with facility staff, interdisciplinary teams, and family members to support patient care., • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards using our clinician-designed electronic medical/health system (EHR)., • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Requirements: • Active and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor in State applying for., • Effective oral and written communication in English and Spanish, • Basic proficiency with technology, including electronic health records (EHR)., • Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to regulatory compliance., • Ability to provide in-person services at assigned facilities, up to 45 minutes., • Ability to walk, stand, and move between patient rooms and offices within the facility throughout the day., • Full Vaccination and Booster Status may be required in some facilities.
