Key Responsibilities\n\n • Conduct in-depth assessments to understand clients' unique mental health needs, utilizing validated assessment tools to inform clinical diagnoses.\n, • Develop and implement comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, or other relevant approaches.\n, • Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, ensuring a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all participants.\n, • Provide immediate crisis intervention and ongoing support for clients experiencing acute mental health challenges, demonstrating empathy while applying best practices for response.\n, • Maintain meticulous and confidential client documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes, in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.\n, • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide comprehensive care that addresses all facets of clients' well-being.\n, • Advocate for clients' needs by educating them and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources that are beneficial to their recovery journey.\n, • Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and peer supervision to enhance therapeutic practices and stay informed about advancements in mental health care.\nPatient Population / Client Focus\n Your work will primarily focus on serving a diverse range of clients, including but not limited to individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other challenges affecting mental health. You will work with clients from various backgrounds and age groups, employing culturally competent methods to ensure each person feels understood and valued. Qualifications\n\n • Required licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R).\n, • A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.\n, • Strong clinical assessment skills, with a demonstrated ability to formulate accurate diagnoses.\n, • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and compassionately.\n, • A collaborative mindset, able to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.\n, • A deep commitment to ethical practices and maintaining professional standards in all interactions.\nPreferred Experience\n\n, • Prior experience in a clinical mental health setting is highly desirable; however, we encourage entry-level applicants to apply.\n, • Experience with telehealth platforms and tools will be considered a plus, as this role is performed remotely.\n, • Diverse clinical experience, such as working with various therapeutic modalities and client demographics, is beneficial.\nCompensation and Benefits\n The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually.
