SCHEDULE + ROLE REQUIREMENTS This is a full-time retail leadership role scheduled for a minimum of 40 hours per week, including Saturdays and Sundays, with two days off each week except during holidays or blackout periods. Consistent attendance at your assigned store, participation in training and coaching, use of company technology, prospecting activity, and progress toward sales and leadership expectations are essential to success.
