POSITION OVERVIEW: The Seymour ASkin Counseling Center provides integrated mental health services at an array of Yeshiva Day Schools throughout Brooklyn. The services include: clinical consultation with staff, students, and parents; professional training; and psychotherapy through OMH satellite clinics embedded within the school. The social worker provides a link between the Jewish Board and the larger yeshiva community. For eight weeks in the summer, while the school is closed for break, the social worker will provide clinical services at the Seymour Askin Counseling Center, located in Midwood, Brooklyn. Engagement, Surveys & Action Planning * Lead and implement Pernod Ricard North America (PRNA) employee engagement and wellbeing survey processes in alignment with Pernod Ricard Global standards, analyze survey results, and identify opportunities for improvement. * Collaborate with People & Experiences and business leaders to develop action plans, data-driven engagement strategies, and programs that improve morale, motivation, and job satisfaction. Capability Building, Change Enablement & Measuring Impact * Help build data-driven decision-making capability across PRNA and within the People & Experiences team, support change management efforts with data and insights, and stay current on tools, trends, and best practices in people analytics, organizational effectiveness, and workforce research. * Measure the ROI of People & Experiences and engagement initiatives, and ensure data integrity, accuracy, and governance through regular cleaning, validation, and auditing. You'll be part of a culture that celebrates the rich diversity of our people across the globe and be part of our long-standing commitment to making exceptional products, giving back to our communities, and honoring our responsibility to preserve the environment. * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field. * 5+ years of experience in people analytics, organizational effectiveness, workforce analytics, business analytics, or a related field. * Advanced experience using Power BI to build dashboards, reports, and visualizations for business decision-making. * Experience using human resources systems and analytics tools such as Workday, Talent Neuron, or similar platforms. * Experience collecting, cleaning, validating, and analyzing data from multiple sources, including HRIS and surveys. * Experience translating people and business data into insights and recommendations that influence decision-making. * Experience working with workforce metrics, engagement data, and organizational effectiveness measures. * Proven ability to partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders across Human Resources and business teams.
