About the job of theNetwork Manager of High School Placement & Readiness The Network High School Readiness & Placement Manager serves as the strategic and operational leader driving a unified, mission-aligned approach to high school readiness and placement across all Brilla middle schools. This individual will create, manage, and refine systems to ensure that every graduating 8th grader is equipped—academically, socially, and financially—for acceptance into a high-performing high school that aligns with their talents, goals, and family values. The Manager will be responsible for setting the vision and direction for how Brilla prepares students for the next chapter of their educational journey, ensuring this preparation is rigorous, equitable, and deeply connected to Brilla’s commitment to human flourishing.
