Procedures performed in the Cath lab include the following: left and right heart catheterizations along with percutaneous intervention as necessary, intracoronary ultrasound, rotational atherectomy, balloon pump insertion, Impella insertion, left atrial appendage closure, catheter-directed thrombolysis for pulmonary embolization, structural procedures (TAVR, Mitra Clip), neurovascular cerebral angiograms, stroke treatment, carotid stenting, treatment of cerebral aneurysms with coiling and pipeline interventions, peripheral and renal angiograms with intervention as necessary, Watchmen, CardioMEMs, and Electrophysiology (cardiac devices, ablations, PVI’s, laser lead extractions). SUMMARY Under general supervision and the direction of the Program Director or Designee, The Creative Arts Therapist provides therapeutic services to students using creative arts modalities including, but not limited to, art therapy, music therapy, dance/movement therapy, or drama therapy. Using developmentally appropriate, evidence-based therapeutic approaches, the Creative Arts Therapist supports students’ emotional, social, behavioral, and developmental growth through individualized and group interventions. SUMMARY: The Parent Coach/Direct Support Staff will be responsible for conducting parenting classes and one-on-one coaching for individuals with developmental disabilities. This role requires creating lesson plans, implementing and evaluating goals and objectives, and identifying performance/behavior gaps to improve performance. The Parent Coach/Direct Support Staff will also develop independent learning activities and engage parents with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD) to promote skill development. Other responsibilities include maintaining records, traveling to conduct coaching sessions, conferring with supervisors, assisting with organization of staffing and logistics, and ensuring services are delivered with dignity and privacy.
