Job Description About the Role Hozio, a fast-growing digital marketing agency based in Long Island, NY, is looking for an experienced Meta Ads Manager to lead the charge in building and scaling our paid social advertising department. This is a strategic and executional role for someone ready to build campaigns from the ground up, optimize performance, and manage a growing portfolio of Meta ad accounts — including Hozio’s internal lead gen campaigns and a small number of current client accounts with plans to scale. What You’ll Be Responsible For... Campaign Creation & Optimization: • Plan, build, and manage full-funnel Meta campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, etc.) from scratch, • Develop custom audience targeting strategies using pixel data, lookalikes, and interest-based segments, • Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-converting ad creatives and landing pages, • Launch, monitor, and continuously optimize campaigns to hit performance goals (leads, sales, traffic), • Directly manage a small number of active client accounts (and growing), in multiple industries, • Oversee Hozio’s internal lead generation campaigns and drive measurable growth, • Build and maintain account structures, naming conventions, UTM tracking, etc., • Work with leadership to help recruit, train, and mentor future Meta Ads Specialists, • Collaborate cross-functionally with SEO, Google Ads, Social Media, and Web teams, • Coordinate with a future Social Media Team Lead to align paid and organic efforts, • Own performance tracking: ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPL, Conversion Rate, • Build client-facing reports and deliver actionable insights, • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads campaign management (agency experience a big plus), • Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, pixel setup, CAPI, audience building, and campaign structure, • Proven track record of generating leads and results from paid Meta campaigns, • Strong performance marketing mindset — ROI, funnel strategy, and creative testing, • Ability to manage multiple ad accounts and scale efficiently, • Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to help build and lead a high-performing team, • Excellent communication and presentation skills, • Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or motion graphics tools, • Meta Blueprint-certified, with hands-on Conversions API integration, • Track record managing $50K–$150K+ monthly budgets across 5–10 accounts, • Proficient in Data Studio/Tableau; build interactive dashboards and lead A/B/n testing, • Create and deliver internal training playbooks; mentor junior specialists, • Cost Per Lead / Acquisition (CPL/CPA), • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), • Campaign conversion rate, • Ad CTR and engagement, • Budget pacing accuracy, • Client retention and satisfactionCompany DescriptionA 50-person, fast-growing digital agency with expansion plans.
