As a Clinical Manager at CenterWell Home Health, reporting to the Branch Director, you will lead and support a team of dedicated clinicians who deliver compassionate, high‑quality care in the home setting. Transporting patients and clients utilizing company vehicles in a safe and professional manner. Effectively communicates with dispatch team regarding schedule progress. Maintain a professional image and attitude in regards to clients and co‐workers. Assist clients and patients as needed to safely complete the transfer. Must be able to accurately complete daily activity logs & vehicle reports. Perform all duties as assigned by the management team.
