Job DescriptionHHA - Part Time - 1st ShiftRegular Part-TimeJamestown, NY, US Lutheran's Hultquist Place, an Assisted Living Facility, is currently seeking a compassionate and caring Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) for a Part Time, 1st shift position, working 6am-2pm, every other weekend, at minimum, for a total of 1 to 3 shifts per week. This position may be required to learn how to pass medication and perform that duty, as scheduled. Salary Range: $18.10 Minimum to $25.05 Maximum Shift Differential(s): If scheduled to perform the medication pass on any shift, Lutheran employees also receive an additional $1.50/hour. Purpose: Our HHAs provide direct care to residents as indicated by the individual care plan, under the supervision of the Director of Patient Services (DPS) in accordance with facility policies and procedures and report resident needs and concerns to the DPS.
