Job Description Southern Chautauqua FCU Job Title: School Based Branch Coordinator Reports To: Community Impact Officer/SBB Lead Salary Range: $16.50 - $26.50 Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Works with high school interns.*, • Works school schedule when school is in session.*, • Works regular branch when school is not in session.*, • Recruits Interns for the program.*, • Teaches financial literacy and workforce readiness.*, • Collaborates with school staff to build program and meet their expectations.*, • Performs teller transactions for school staff and students.*, • Opens accounts, opens CDs, processes "Credit Builder Loans" as a Member Service Rep.*, • Collaborates with other SBBCs to create marketing pieces for the branches.*, • Supports other branches by helping answer phones and small tasks when not busy.*, • Continually develops personal knowledge of all topics taught and products offered by Credit Union*, • Maintains knowledge of safety drills., • Maintains attendance. Language Ability: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Math Ability: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, internet software, Paychex, Simplyfiit, Sharetec, Teams, Quiq and school software programs. School Based Branch - Monday thru Friday 7:30am - 3:30pm Lakewood Branch Support - Monday - Wednesday 8:45am - 4:45am Thursday - 8:45am - 5:15pm Friday - 8:45am - 5:45pm Saturday - 8:45am - 12:15pm
