Job Description ARCHITECT I The individual in this role applies advanced concepts and designs to a variety of projects across varying market sectors, managing and guiding the well-being and productive functioning of CPL’s architectural design teams. The Architect I is responsible for investigating, evaluating, and recommending technical design solutions that meet and exceed client needs for any assigned project. Reporting to a Project Manager or Principal, you provide consultation throughout the planning, design and coordination of complex assignments and carry out novel assignments requiring the development of new/improved techniques and procedures. In this position, you are moderately independent and work on complex small to moderate-size projects. Job Description "Supportive environments, strong teams, and fulfilling purpose at TCC" Purpose: Responsible for all aspects in managing the Behavioral Health Department, including but not limited to overseeing treatment of patients, developing staffing standards and ensures staffing is consistent with credentials and patient care needs, prepares and monitors department budget, works with other departments and agencies to ensure efficiencies, keeps up to date on behavioral health services based on need assessments and financial considerations.
