Job Description Primary Focus: As Chief/Senior Estimator you are a Leader who will lead our estimating function reporting directly to the MES executive leadership. You’ll be responsible for overseeing complex, high-value bids across multiple projects concurrently while managing a small team of Estimators. You are responsible for driving cost efficiencies, committing to only submitting proposals that reflect our commitment to technical excellence, quality, profitability and mentoring your direct reports. This is a critical role that will have significant influence over project success, client satisfaction and bottom-line performance. You’ll be joining a well-established leadership team and be accountable for current and future team and company growth. It’s vital that the Chief/Senior Estimator is forward-thinking, decisive and readily able to communicate clearly to internal and external clients. What You’ll Be Responsible For: • Responsible for overseeing the estimating process and the estimating team ensuring the department is consistently meeting and exceeding their goals by performing regular reviews of their team., • Prepare, review and sign off on estimates and bids for the construction and service business units as required prior to submitting to customer.
