Job Description The Rallye Motor Company, Long Island's premiere luxury automotive group, has an immediate opportunity for a Tire Technicians and Shop Assistants with Rallye BMW! Tire Technician Responsibilities: • Inspect and assess tire tread levels, wear patterns, valve quality, and overall health., • Recommend appropriate repair treatment or replacement of tires., • Repair punctures and replace faulty valves., • Install new tires., • Balance tires and complete wheel alignment procedures., • Conduct roadside repairs., • Examine vehicles to identify necessary repair or maintenance items that may not be included on the repair order, and communicate to the Service Advisor., • Notify Service Advisor immediately if additional work is needed, if work outlined on the repair order is not needed, or if repairs cannot be completed by the time promised., • Clearly and accurately document all work performed; ensure accurate time stamps for warranty, internal, and customer pay work., • Road test vehicles as required or refer to the inspection technician as appropriate., • Only perform work that is authorized by the customer or by the warranty., • Examine and test-drive all vehicles to ensure that the cause of vehicle malfunctions and recommend/ perform repairs are completed. Communicate all discrepancies to the Service Manager., • Road test vehicles as required or refer to the inspection technician as appropriate., • Inspecting all work as described on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy., • Charge all vehicle batteries., • Move Vehicles in and around the shop., • Assist in towing in all non-running vehicles using shop supplied equipment., • Shop organization including equipment, tools, supplies, and parts. The Risk and Insurance Manager leads the company's risk management and insurance strategy, ensuring robust protection of assets, compliance with all regulatory requirements, and proactive identification and mitigation of risks across all construction projects. This role is responsible for designing and implementing best-in-class insurance programs, managing claims, and advising senior leadership on risk-related matters, while administrative support is provided by the department assistant. II. REQUIRED EDICATION AND EXPERIENCE • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Economics/Finance or Management (or equivalent experience preferred)., • Minimum of 5-7 years' experience with insurance and risk management in the construction industry., • The following certifications are preferred but not required:, • RIMS-CRMP (Risk and Insurance Management Society - Certified Risk Management Professional); Strategic Insurance Management • Oversee all corporate insurance programs (general liability, builder's risk, workers' comp, auto, umbrella, etc.)., • Negotiate terms and renewals with brokers and carriers for optimal coverage and cost., • Analyze and assess the strengths and weaknesses of various insurance policies and coverage types, including evaluating the impact of policy exclusions; provide expert recommendations to optimize the company's insurance portfolio and risk posture., • Review and approve Certificates of Insurance for subcontractors and vendors., • Manage insurance claims from initiation to resolution, including workman's compensation and general liability., • Analyze claim trends and recommend strategies to reduce frequency and severity., • Coordinate with legal counsel on complex claims., • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and contractual requirements, including minority participation and certified payrolls., • Develop and maintain internal policies for insurance and risk management., • Implement tracking for claims management., • Develop a subcontractor risk prequalification program., • Create dashboards for risk metrics and compliance status., • Conduct annual insurance program reviews and benchmarking., • Advise senior leadership on emerging risks and insurance market trends., • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;, • Deep knowledge of the insurance industry, including the ability to analyze and assess the strengths and weaknesses of various policies and types of coverage, and the impact of exclusions thereto (experience with claims administration (particularly property and liability) is a plus);, • Ability to work under extreme time constraints. #ZR Salary Range:$110,000—$140,000 USD
