Job Summary: This role will be responsible for generating sales for ESSCO Truck & Equipment product lines, including rentals, equipment sales, service, and parts- as well as growing sales with new and existing customers in the construction and equipment industries. The position will focus on driving business development and fostering customer satisfaction. Qualifications: • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in equipment sales., • Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite., • Effective sales communication., • Excellent customer relationship skills., • Strong time management., • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience., • Responsible for the sale and rental of construction equipment to new and existing customers in assigned territory., • Attract and maintain new & current client relationships., • Continuously keep customers knowledgeable on new products & opportunities., • Uphold company culture., • Represent ESSCO Truck & Equipment in a professional manner., • Advise management on day-to-day activities., • Manage daily sales calls and customer visits., • Conduct part/product introductions and demonstrations as required., • Keep current by attending training courses, trade shows, and departmental meetings., • Utilize CRM software to maintain customer accounts & report on market opportunities.
