Business Overview: The Human Resources teams oversees all people matters through the employee lifecycle for CIB in the Americas. Responsibilities: The primary role of the Administrative Assistant is to support the day-to-day administrative needs of Learning and Organizational Development, Early Careers, Employee Relations, Total Rewards, and Employee Experience. Specific activities include: • Expense Management –T&E expense claims for CoE leads ensuring all policies are followed and items are processed within provided guidelines., • Actively manage the calendars of CoE leads and work effectively with other administrative officers to coordinate/plan meetings and conference calls, which may involve numerous time zones., • Book international & domestic travel arrangements and organize itineraries., • Coordinate or support events managed by the CoE or by HR, • Collaborate with transversal team members to execute HR team events (Townhalls, socials, etc.), • Manage the HR Jersey City office location (order supplies, coordinate facilities requests, etc.), • Manage ad hoc requests. Minimum Required Qualifications: • 2 + years of relevant experience., • Strong organizational skills, the ability to be collaborative and overcome obstacles., • Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings., • Detail oriented, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting executive level employees., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills., • Moderate technology skills including Excel, Word, Teams and Outlook., • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. The expected starting salary range for this position is between $90,000 to $110,000 annually. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business line, and geographic/office location.
