Job DescriptionRole Overview: The CNC Lathe Setup Operator is responsible for setting up CNC machines to ensure efficient production, high-quality output, and safe operations. The primary focus of this role is to achieve an acceptable first piece inspection by properly preparing machines, tooling, and programs. This is a hands-on, technical role requiring strong experience with CNC lathe setups, tooling, and troubleshooting, with the ability to work with minimal supervision in a machine shop environment.
