Title: Brand Manager – Hair Products Duration: 06 months Location: Summit, NJ Hybrid (Onsite Minimum 2 Days/Week) Shift: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Position Summary The Brand Manager will lead and support strategic marketing initiatives for the Neutrogena Hair product line. This role is responsible for driving innovation projects, executing communication campaigns, directing customer and competitor analyses, and contributing to large-scale product launches. The Brand Manager collaborates cross-functionally to ensure successful product development, market execution, and brand growth. This position plays a key role in shaping brand strategy, strengthening market presence, and supporting commercial excellence. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies for the Neutrogena Hair portfolio aligned with company goals, • Support innovation projects and communication campaigns in collaboration with the Brand Manager, • Partner with product development, sales, finance, and other teams to drive successful product launches, • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform marketing initiatives, • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape, • Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, • Lead cross-functional teams in customer and competitor analyses, market research, and sales forecasting, • Collaborate with finance, business development, and health economics teams to ensure timely input, • Provide commercial insights to commercial development teams in collaboration with R&D, • Drive a market-focused culture by developing global and regional launch and marketing plans, • Establish and manage relationships with agencies and suppliers for product concepting and mockups, • Translate complex market access research into actionable marketing tactics, • Contribute to budget development for new product rollouts and product development, • Ensure successful and scalable product launches across markets Qualifications Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, • 3–6 years of marketing experience, with a focus on beauty and consumer packaged goods, • Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities, • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, • Experience in innovation and communication campaign development, • Strong communication and collaboration skills, • Ability to conduct and interpret customer and competitor research, • Experience developing budgets for new product development and rollouts Desired Qualifications • Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns and driving product innovation, • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, • Experience in the beauty and personal care industry (required), • Knowledge of branding, positioning, and pricing strategies Why Work With Us?
