We are looking for our next Environmental, Health, and Safety Specialist within our Environmental, Health, and Safety Team. The Environmental, Health, and Safety Technician will be responsible for managing, improving, tracking, consult and maintain programs, initiatives and engagement related to site safety, health, environmental, and site security to protect employees and the environment as well as support compliance with local, state and federal regulations. This role will have primary responsibilities to support and lead the site's EH&S programs. This position is located in Newark, Delaware. Compensation: The current salary range for this role is estimated to be $95,000-125,000. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation. The specific compensation offered to a candidate will be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, qualifications, experience, and location. What You'll Do: • Accurately maintains Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) hard copy and electronic recordkeeping., • Provides training coordination using company software tools. This includes training scheduling, course and quiz development, ensuring proper documentation., • Provide administrative support to the Site Contract Administrator. Will maintain training records, coordinate contractor vetting using ISN, update contractor status spreadsheet, maintain vendor electronic files, and track hours of operation., • Provide administrative support for medical surveillance program. (Maintain spreadsheets, distribute paperwork, schedule appointments)., • Coordinates safety milestone, initiative, and recognition programs., • Manage Safety Data Sheet system and inventory., • Enter and track documentation for Behavioral Based Safety Program, • Manage tracking of safety and housekeeping programs and closure of action items., • Contact for First Aid Supply vendor. Perform AED inspections., • Order EH&S supplies and services., • Assists in administration of the site's security badge system., • Facilitate development and implementation of site's annual EH&S Continuous Improvement plan., • Support implementation and maintaining of the site's EH&S policies that define requirements to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate EH&S standards., • Develop and implement improvements to safety systems to ensure compliance with requirements and continued improvement in EH&S performance., • Organize, lead, and participate in activities that promote employee ownership and engagement in EH&S., • Participate and support the site's 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party EH&S audit programs., • Actively participate in PHA, PSSR, MOC, RCA work processes as leader, coordinator and/or participant as needed., • Manage site incident investigation system, ensuring proper classification, thorough root cause investigations and appropriate corrective actions to prevent recurrence are implemented., • Create "one-pagers" and communicate key learnings from events at the site and from the broader company network events., • Learnings shared with on-site personnel as well as sharing with the broader company network., • Provide in-plant support to site leadership, operators, mechanics, contractors, and technical staff to ensure proper safety evaluation is performed and work is completed within requirements., • Complete routine field line walks (observe and engage) to provide recognition, coaching, collaboration, and training., • Assist in development and communication of EH&S KPls (leading/lagging) on plant dashboards., • Gather data and maintain systems to track necessary information for internal safety, health and environmental reporting and to drive improvement in EH&S performance., • Support all environmental regulatory programs such as Air Quality (Title V), Stormwater management, waste management, Community RTK, and local POTW pretreatment program., • Support and contributes to required submissions for regulatory compliance on time and in full for proper submission to regulatory authorities - Title V, Annual Emission Inventory, Tier Il, Discharge Monitoring Report, et. al., • Ensure EH&S training is effective in sharing safety know-how needed to achieve world class safe operations., • Participate and work with the site EH&S committee to accomplish EH&S objectives and to maintain continued compliance with all requirements. Provide coaching at all levels of the organization., • Assist EHS Manager with case management, working closely with site leadership and business level occupational health professionals and the offsite clinic to manage injuries to the most positive case outcomes. Ensure proper injury, illness classifications and OSHA record keeping is completed. Education: • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related safety or environmental field is required. Experience: • Must have at least five or more years EH&S experience., • Demonstrated EH&S functional/technical expertise with strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations., • Experience with environmental regulatory filings for manufacturing operations., • Leadership skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively. Columbia University Irving Medical Center (CUIMC) is seeking licensed clinical social workers (LCSW) to join our Primary Care Program. These are full-time, clinical positions in outpatient setting. The LCSW will report directly to the Director of Behavioral health and will also have clinical direction from the primary care providers. Primary responsibilities involve the evidence-based Collaborative Care Model (CCM) including integrated care that treats common mental health conditions such as depression and anxiety that require systematic follow-up due to their persistent nature focusing on defined patient populations tracked in a registry, measurement-based practice and treatment to target. You will work with trained primary care providers providing evidence-based medication or psychosocial treatments, supported by regular psychiatric case consultation and treatment adjustment for patients who are not improving as expected. Ideal applicants should have previous experience providing population health-based outpatient treatment, strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work well across disciplines and function effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Candidates will work closely with a clinical team, including internists, family medicine physicians, pediatricians, a supervising psychologist, and other social workers, psychiatrists and psychiatrice nurse practitioners. Description We are seeking a Lead Transmission Line Engineer who will manage a collaborative and dynamic team working in a fast-paced environment, solving challenging problems involved with electric transmission. Title: Staff Psychologist/Clinician - Alcohol and Other Drugs Department: Counseling Center Reports To: Director Counseling Services Position Type: Staff Position Summary: The Staff Psychologist/Clinician - Coordinator of Alcohol, Other Drug, and Addiction Services serves as the primary clinical provider for alcohol and other drug (AOD) assessment, treatment, and prevention services within the Center for Counseling and Psychological Services (C-CAPS). This role combines clinical expertise with program coordination and leadership in addressing substance use and behavioral addictions on campus. The clinician is responsible for delivering culturally informed, responsive mental health services to students, with a specialized focus on substance use and addictive behaviors. In addition, the coordinator leads prevention, education and outreach efforts in collaboration with campus partners, promotes harm reduction strategies, and contributes to the development of policies that support student mental health and well-being. Beyond direct clinical care, this position plays a key role in community-level mental health programming and campus-wide wellness initiatives. The clinician also collaborates closely with university faculty, staff, and administrators to provide consultation and outreach that align with the mission of C-CAPS and the broader goals of the university. The Staff Psychologist/Clinician Coordinator of Alcohol, Other Drug, and Addiction Services may also provide clinical supervision to licensed mental health professionals within C-CAPS. This includes clinical oversight for staff who engage in direct student support and may encounter students in distress. The supervision is limited to clinical supervision and does not extend to programmatic or administrative responsibilities of other offices. Competitive candidates will have demonstrated expertise in the provision of mental health services to a diverse population and culturally responsive treatment, and experience in clinical and outreach services related to addictions with diverse client populations. Job responsibilities include providing triage, individual counseling and psychotherapy, group therapy, diagnostic assessments, crisis services and outreach programming. In addition, the position involves making referrals to and coordinating care with other CCAPS providers including the C-CAPS consulting psychiatrist, referrals to off-campus providers of psychological and psychiatric services and referrals to university staff and faculty as appropriate. Essential Functions: -Clinical/mental health services: -Provides initial consultation, triage assessment and therapeutic interventions such as short-term individual counselling and psychotherapy, safety planning and other treatment options. -Provides group counseling/psychotherapy to students-clients. -Provide direct clinical substance use and addictions services to students, including assessment, short-term treatment, and crisis intervention. -Plan, implement, and assess prevention and harm reduction efforts regarding substance use within the student body, coordinating these efforts with other campus constituents. What You Will Do • Design a cohesive customer-based audience strategy across upper, mid, and lower funnel channels with emphasis on addressable media., • Lead audience creation, activation processes, and application of marketing technology platforms., • Partner with Customer Driven Insights & Activation to translate customer strategies into actionable paid media tactics., • Collaborate with customer strategy, measurement, and analytics teams to uncover insights and inform performance enhancements., • Identify and implement innovative processes and programs aligned with brand and retail growth priorities., • Partner with agencies and analytics partners to evaluate customer quality, acquisition, and retention across attributed media., • Guide teams on applying data and technology to support insight development, targeting, and campaign design., • Assess firstparty data to provide strategic audience recommendations and build addressable audiences., • Map existing and develop new communication strategies based on insights and technology capabilities., • Translate business strategy into communications strategy and media investment recommendations., • Consult on attribution and marketing mix modeling to optimize spend, channel mix, and ROAS., • Develop testing agendas with analytics partners to measure effectiveness, discover opportunities, and reduce overlap., • Lead innovation initiatives with Brand, Merchant, and Corporate Strategy teams to identify new ways of working., • Create strategic roadmaps for innovation and advise on opportunities related to emerging platforms including Metaverse and Web3., • Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities., • In addition to the essential duties mentioned above, other duties may be assigned. Skills You Will Need Audience Strategy Leadership: Designs and directs customerbased audience frameworks that integrate insights, media channels, and activation processes for measurable performance. Media Strategy & Investment Planning: Connects business strategy to media recommendations, optimizing channel allocation and return on ad spend. Attribution & Measurement: Partners with analytics to interpret modeling outputs, guide test design, and improve media productivity and customer quality. CrossFunctional Collaboration: Builds strong relationships with strategy, analytics, brand, merchant, tech, and agency partners to align initiatives across the enterprise. Innovation Development: Identifies and activates new programs, technologies, and frameworks that advance retail innovation and support futurefocused marketing. Strategic Storytelling: Synthesizes complex data and processes into clear, actionable narratives that influence decisionmaking at senior levels. Operational Process Excellence: Maps, structures, and refines workflows to drive clarity, scalability, and organizational alignment.
