Job DescriptionMechatronics Technician We are seeking a skilled Mechatronics Technician to join our team. This role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting automated systems that integrate mechanical, electrical, and computer technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with robotics, PLCs, sensors, and industrial machinery, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. Key Responsibilities • Install and maintain mechatronic systems, including robotics, automated machinery, and control systems., • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues in equipment., • Perform preventive maintenance to reduce equipment failures and improve reliability., • Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals for troubleshooting and assembly., • Collaborate with engineers to implement system upgrades and improvements., • Calibrate sensors and actuators for precision and accuracy., • Document maintenance activities and prepare reports on system performance., • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols.Required Qualifications, • Associate degree or technical certification in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field., • Strong knowledge of PLC programming, robotics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and sensors., • Ability to use diagnostic tools and software for troubleshooting., • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail., • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Qualifications, • Experience in industrial automation or manufacturing environments., • Familiarity with CAD software and basic programming languages.
