Job Description • Lead and work alongside a crew to assemble, install, and maintain commercial solar photovoltaic systems, • Install solar panels on ground mounts, rooftops, and other commercial structures, • Perform electrical work across the full project lifecycle, including underground work, equipment installation, wiring, and grid interconnection, • Configure PV systems based on site conditions, plans, and project requirements, • Interpret blueprints, site plans, and equipment manuals to ensure accurate installation, • Follow applicable building codes, safety standards, and installation best practices, • Support commercial EV charging, lighting retrofit, and related electrical projects as needed, • Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently in active field environments, • California Certified Journeyman Electrician license strongly preferred, • Journeyman-level electrical experience required, • Commercial solar or PV installation experience preferred, • Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, equipment, and installation practices, • Ability to read plans, drawings, and equipment manuals, • Comfortable working at heights and in active construction environments You will be part of a team doing practical, high-impact work in renewable energy and commercial electrical construction.
