Job DescriptionJob Title: Facilities Manager - Maintenance and Construction Coordinator Location: Bethpage, NY Salary: 75K-90k plus bonus up to 12% Schedule: Full time on site. 75% at corporate headquarters, 25% visiting different sites Position Summary Facilities Manager - Maintenance and Construction Coordinator: This role is pivotal in overseeing repair and maintenance (R&M) initiatives, coordinating construction logistics, and ensuring seamless collaboration between field teams while maintaining compliance with company standards and client expectations. Key Responsibilities • Lead Repair & Maintenance and construction projects from initiation through close-out, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently achieved., • Generate, track, and manage work orders, purchase orders, and project schedules., • Coordinate equipment, materials procurement, and employee work hours in partnership with property managers., • Act as the central liaison between property managers, district managers, field personnel, operations, and finance teams (AP/AR)., • Monitor project progress, validate employee hours, and ensure accurate reporting tied to work orders and purchase orders., • Collaborate with billing and accounts payable to ensure timely invoicing and effective cost control., • Finalize Angus projects with complete documentation and reporting., • Uphold company standards for accuracy, efficiency, and quality across all maintenance and construction activities.Qualifications, • Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities management, operations, construction, or project coordination., • Exceptional organizational and communication skills., • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency., • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments., • Experience with Angus work order system or similar WOMS, MRI or Yardi accounting software, and Bottomline/Nexus payable or AvidXchange software preferred., • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel required., • Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and adaptability skills in a fast-paced environment.If you are interested and meet the minimum requirements for this position - PLEASE APPLY and we will contact you ASAP to discuss this opportunity further!
