About the Role At Kinetic Brands, we are passionate about creating exceptional products and experiences that resonate with our community. We are seeking a talented Content Producer to join our in-house creative team and own the execution of monthly product launch deliverables. This role is hybrid, with weekly photoshoots and creative collaboration in our New Jersey office. In this role, you will lead the execution of content across photo, video, design, and performance marketing, owning video editing and storytelling for high-impact campaigns while ensuring all assets meet a high standard of quality and brand consistency. You will contribute to creative concepting for launches and paid media, translating strategic direction into effective execution in partnership with the Creative and Art Director, while also guiding content producers and freelancers through feedback and QA. You’ll support photoshoots from planning through on-set execution, including second shooting, and drive performance marketing creative through ongoing testing and iteration. With a strong focus on efficiency, you will continuously improve workflows, file organization, and production processes to elevate both output and team performance. You will • Lead execution of content across photo, video, design, and performance marketing, • Own video editing and storytelling for high-impact campaigns and ads, • Oversee and elevate retouching, design, and final asset quality, • Concept and contribute creative ideas for launches, ads, and campaigns, • Partner closely with Creative/Art Director to translate strategy into execution, • Guide content producers and freelancers (feedback, direction, QA), • Support photoshoots with planning + second shooting (photo/video), • Drive performance marketing creative (Meta ads, testing variations, iteration), • Improve workflows, file organization, and production efficiency You have • BA or equivalent in relevant field, • 5+ years of relevant experience in content creation, creative production, or digital marketing, • Experience working in an e-commerce or direct-to-consumer environment, • A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual execution, with an emphasis on video, storytelling, and brand consistency, • Excellent time management and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with creative and marketing teams, • Experience leading or guiding creative work, including providing feedback and direction to team members or freelancers, • Hands-on experience with Shopify, including product listing management and merchandising, • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Google Workspace, with strong video editing capabilities, • Experience developing content for performance marketing channels (Meta, TikTok, paid social), • Experience supporting or leading photoshoots, including photography and videography (second shooting or capture experience), • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong eye for visual quality and brand execution, • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to take ownership, give direction, and continuously improve Bonus points • Strong awareness of internet culture, social media trends, and digital communities, • UX/UI experience (desktop and mobile) Perks • Healthcare You Can Count On – Competitive medical, dental, and vision plans to keep you covered when it matters most., • Unlimited PTO – Take the time you need—we trust you (plus, we require a minimum!)., • Paid Parental Leave – 12 weeks paid + 4 weeks eased return to work.
