Role reports to: Head of Prof Portfolio Cap and Ops Location: North America, United States, New Jersey, Summit Work Location: Hybrid What you will do The Manager for DSO & Consolidator Partnerships will be responsible for building and scaling strategic relationships with Dental Support Organizations (DSOs) and Dermatology consolidator groups, unlocking new commercial pathways that drive measurable sales impact. The position will work across the Self-Care and Skin Health business units to leverage Kenvue’s portfolio of oral health and dermatology products to engage and win business. Scope of Responsibilities Include: Partnership Strategy & Development * Understand the DSO and dermatology consolidator landscape and build a pipeline of priority partners. * Create strong value propositions that include education, engagement tools, insights, and funding options. * Lead outreach and negotiations with partners, working closely with Legal, Compliance, and Finance to set fair terms and success metrics. * Act as the internal expert on DSOs and dermatology consolidators and educate teams on best practices. Capability Build & Operationalization * Design how this new channel will operate - including processes, governance, and roles - and scale it from pilot to broader rollout. * Develop core toolkits like playbooks, onboarding materials, marketing guidelines, and field tools. * Create and use dashboards and feedback loops to measure performance and improve programs. Go‑to‑Market & Activation * Build activation plans with partners, including HCP education, in‑office and digital touchpoints, sampling, and training. * Work across Sales, Marketing, Medical, Analytics, and Field Teams to deliver high‑quality, compliant execution. * Manage co‑marketing and demand‑generation efforts, ensuring brand consistency and accurate claims. Revenue Impact & Performance Management * Set sales, penetration, and ROI targets; monitor performance and adjust plans based on data. * Build business cases for expanding partnerships or renewing agreements; lead quarterly reviews with leadership and partners. * Identify new opportunities such as enterprise agreements, formulary placements, and training or sampling programs. Governance, Compliance & Risk Management * Ensure all activities follow company policies and regulatory, privacy, and contracting rules. * Maintain accurate CRM/CLM records and establish controls for sampling, funding, and claims usage. What we are looking for Education: * A minimum of a Bachelors degree is required. * An MBA is preferred. Required Qualifications: * 5+ years of relevant experience in Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, consumer health, med‑tech, or B2B2C partnerships with proven commercial impact. * Experience in healthcare professional marketing is preferred. * Experience partnering with DSOs, Dermatology group practices, IDNs, or corporate consolidators; familiarity with payer, formulary, and compliance considerations preferred. * Demonstrated success building or scaling a new commercial capability or partner channels (e.g., IDNs/DSOs, GPOs, or consolidators). * Candidates must demonstrate critical thinking skills, have strong negotiation skills, be able to work in a team environment, and be customer/market oriented. * Strong analytics and problem‑solving skills; ability to translate data into insights, forecasts, and clear recommendations. * Proven organization and project management capabilities; comfortable operating in a matrix and driving cross‑functional deliverables end‑to‑end. * Excellent verbal, written, and executive presentation skills; adept at influencing senior internal and external stakeholders. * Self‑starter who operates with ownership and urgency, can navigate ambiguity, and constructively challenge the status quo. * Proficient in a variety of applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams), and the ability to pick up new applications and processes quickly is strongly preferred. * This position requires up to 20% domestic travel. #LI-AO1 What’s in it for you Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges: $124,100.00 - $175,200.00 This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors. * Competitive Benefit Package* * Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time & More! * Learning & Development Opportunities * Kenvuer Impact Networks * This list could vary based on location/region *Note: Total Rewards at Kenvue include salary, bonus (if applicable) and benefits. We are seeking a General Manager to lead the business through its next phase of growth while preserving what already works.This is not a desk-only or “delegate and orchestrate” GM role.This role requires someone who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves, stepping into operations, engaging directly with customers, and earning credibility on the shop floor. The right leader will partner closely with the founder during a thoughtful transition, learn the business deeply, and gradually assume day-to-day operational leadership. What This Role Is, and Is NotThis role is Hands-on, visible, and execution-focused Built for someone who thrives in lean environments with multiple hats A partnership role with an owner, not a power-transfer exercise Grounded in operational credibility and customer responsiveness This role is NOT: A corporate GM with layers of management A “bring your playbook and delegate” role A title-driven or desk-first leadership position A consulting or change-management assignment Required Experience & Traits Hands-on operational leadership in a lean manufacturing or industrial environment Comfort working without layers or large support teams Strong EQ and ability to partner with a founder Working knowledge of manufacturing KPIs and shop-floor management Experience in AS9100 or comparable regulated quality environments strongly preferred Engineering degree not required; practical intelligence and execution matter more Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership Lead daily operations across metal, assembly, and testing Establish and maintain a strong operating cadence (safety, quality, delivery, backlog, labor, bottlenecks) Be present on the shop floor and engaged with the teamQuality & Compliance Own leadership of an AS9100-certified quality environment Ensure audit readiness, documentation discipline, and aerospace portal compliance Partner closely with QC to maintain high standards without slowing executionCustomer & Commercial Partnership Support customer relationships through responsiveness, credibility, and execution Be comfortable engaging directly with customers when needed Partner with commercial leadership (sales remains on the commercial side, not direct report)People & Culture Build trust with a long-tenured workforce Lead through presence, humility, and consistency Reduce dependency on the founder over time through earned leadership Systems & KPIs Use ERP and basic manufacturing KPIs to run the business day-to-day Monitor backlog, on-time delivery, margins, inventory, safety, and quality metrics Compensation Base salary varies by experience level (rising vs. seasoned GM) - $175,000-$250,000 Annual bonus target averages ~25% (up to ~30%) Based on location P&L, individual KPIs, and company EBITDA Total compensation aligned to experience and scope
