Position Summary The Inside Sales Representative builds and maintains a pipeline through high-activity outreach and targeted social selling, with a clear focus on booking qualified meetings. You’ll research accounts, tailor outreach, log activity in the CRM, and schedule appointments—serving as the bridge between first contact and the sales team. You’re coachable, resilient, and professional on the phone and in writing. You’re comfortable working toward activity-based KPIs (calls, emails, social touches) and understand that consistent effort leads to qualified meetings booked. Key Responsibilities • High-Volume Outreach: Turn quick phone, email, and social touches into real conversations that lead to qualified meetings. (Paid training and proven scripts included.), • Messaging & Nurture: Write like a marketer—craft short, scroll-stopping messages and follow-ups. Test subject lines, call openers, and DMs to see what converts., • Social Selling: Be a research sleuth on LinkedIn and Instagram—find the right contacts, personalize your approach, and start authentic conversations (never spam)., • Appointment Setting (Primary Win): Book the win. Qualify interest and schedule high-value appointments for the sales team, capturing clean notes in the CRM so hand-offs are smooth., • Pipeline Management: Own your dashboard. Track activity, follow-ups, and progress toward goals—and turn metrics into resume-ready wins., • Marketing Collaboration: Partner with Marketing—share what’s working, request creative you need, and see your ideas tested live in real campaigns.
