Job Description Do you love connecting with people, helping families, and working in a creative environment? Acting Out, a children’s acting school with a warm, family-like atmosphere, is looking for a Client Relations Specialist to be the welcoming face and organizational backbone of our studio. In this role, you’ll help our families feel supported and informed while ensuring the smooth daily operation of our classes, lessons, and events. If you’re detail-oriented, friendly, and passionate about the arts, this could be the perfect fit! What You’ll Do • Be the first point of contact for families — greeting visitors, answering calls, and scheduling classes and lessons., • Provide administrative support, including handling payments, emails, and day-to-day office tasks., • Promote classes, camps, and special events through email, phone, and social media., • Maintain accurate records using QuickBooks and our CRM system., • Assist with light marketing tasks, such as social media posts and simple graphics in Canva. Required Skills & Experience • 2+ years of administrative or customer service experience., • Strong organizational and communication skills., • Proficiency with Google Drive and a willingness to learn QuickBooks and Canva., • Comfort with social media platforms, including Instagram,Tiktok and Facebook., • You are someone with a strong presence who can step in and take charge in dynamic situations., • Experience with CRM systems., • School year: Late afternoons and evenings (2-7 pm), with some weekend availability for events., • A fun, creative, and supportive work environment., • Opportunity to grow with the role and take on new responsibilities as the business expands.
