Responsibilities include batching various formulation trials in the lab to evaluate texture, stability, aesthetics, and performance on hair tresses. Set up and monitor stability studies to ensure the highest product quality. Perform formula evaluations such as color, odor, appearance, viscosity, pH, and microscopic analysis to ensure stability. Collaborate with cross-functional support teams (analytical, microbiology, processing engineers, etc.) to support formulation development and ensure product quality. The role requires the ability to multitask throughout the day, managing multiple formulation tasks and projects simultaneously.
