Salary/Hourly Rate: $20/hr - $25/hr Position Overview: The Junior Chemist will assist in the development and testing of cosmetic and personal care products. This role supports laboratory work, product formulation efforts, and quality standards while working closely with senior chemists and cross-functional team members to improve and create new products. Responsibilities of the Junior Chemist: • Prepare solutions and samples for testing., • Maintain laboratory equipment to ensure cleanliness and proper functionality., • Record, review, and document test results accurately., • Assist with improving and refining product formulations., • Write basic reports and follow established laboratory procedures., • Follow all safety, quality, and compliance guidelines., • Collaborate with team members on research and development projects.
