Demonstrates competency in delivering Motivational Interviewing (MI), effectively engaging individuals served through engagement, assessment, and intervention. What Does This Position Look Like? The Residence Program Director provides clinical and administrative oversight to five group homes. Responsibilities include leading clinical case reviews, treatment planning, providing staff supervision and training, and monitoring program billing in coordination with the billing supervisor. The Director will also drive the Quality Improvement Plan through key performance indicators, client satisfaction data, and resource utilization. The role includes facilitating residence meetings, supporting clients, interviewing staff candidates, and maintaining on-call availability to support the residential program's success and ensure 24/7 coverage in the residences.
