Overview We are seeking a technically oriented GTM Engineer to design, build, and operate the systems that power Axial's go-to-market function. Reporting to the Business Operations Lead, this role sits at the intersection of BizOps, GTM, and Product. This is a hands-on technical operations role. You will own and improve the systems that drive GTM execution, including workflow orchestration, data pipelines, and AI-driven automation. Your work will reduce manual effort, increase reliability, and improve how internal teams and members operate. The initial focus of the role is to own and evolve AI-powered systems across Axial's member lifecycle.
